Black ops & modern warfare 2 new ?

I brought these both a couple weeks ago opened to check disks never got around to playing them you will see they are brand new and mint condition open to offers but think its pretty good price since I paid a lot more for them a couple weeks ago any questions please email me and I will get back straight away :)
